Before assuming that they don’t like the look of the site, what did you search for? If you searched for “My Business name in my home town” then you may have found it. This is not much use in gaining new business as it assumes that your potential new customers already know your name.

Don’t assume that your website will immediately be at the top of the list, it takes time for the search engines to know about your site and it can take a few weeks or even months for this to happen.
